Wainscotting
This living room needed a small remodel. We tore out the old fireplace. Then insulated and put up drywall. Next came a custom wall design to give it a nice look and feel to the once outdated room.
Top and bottom Boards first
There are standard heights but can be installed where the customer would like instead. This is at chair rail height. Which is where the back of a chair would hit the wall. Instead it hits the wood.
Measurements are taken and boxes are made according to the desired asthetic of the customer. Now it needs to be caulked, sanded, prepped and primed to be sprayed with a smooth enamel finish

IThere were a few finishing touches left to do when this picture was taken. Unfortunately I didn’t take more. The whole room turned out really nice.
