Distressed Residential Home

These photos were after being power washed thoroughly. The true need of attention revealed itself right away. The backside of the home faces south. Which means it really takes a beating. The paint was peeling off and the cedar shakes were starting to become warped and damaged. The whole side of this house was treated with a special product that prime, seals and bonds with the distressed areas and the paint to be applied. It helped smooth over the rough spots to look like the beautiful home it is. It took a lot of work and time. In the end it turned out looking great without any costly siding replacement charges.
